23 Updates n still running...

I have always loved being a 'Sagi' - I adore (esply) these 4 fortnights for 1001 reasons:) Am unsure if its the Sagis' charm that is passed on to the months or if these months give Sagi all the power n charisma... all in all its a combo back - wanna see y?!

* The climate is just awesome - to be able to see the morning dew in a place like Chennai (where one is otherwise always roasted) it gives all the Chennaites a heavenly feel.
*No. 2 - The season of 'Marghazhi ' adds the best ever festive spirit where one not only gets to fall in love with Aandal (the lord's beloved) but also drool over Mr. Kahn, Himself.
* Then, there are these string of bdays n anniversaries - lots of cheers n lots of cakes (what more can i expect?!) U got something to celebrate almost everyday - so much ppl all around` - yay!
* Obviously, the invocation to all these starts in Parti (November Parade) that initiates the joyous atmosphere.
* n yeah culminates with carols - my favourite`

Just imagine u get a taste of both the cowherd Krishna n the shepherd Jesus in one single month - How about that?! :) (My Sweetums)

Archers have their niche style of making things magical - dont you think?! - a perfect way to bid adieu to the year that passed n welcome the new one ;)

Well, though these sentiments are mine that in no way means I had loved celebrating my birthdate... cos all I felt was "Jesus Chrsit! I am 23!!!..." It seems too old a number, don't u think :/ I was remembering this bit from 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S' (One of America's popular sitcoms)

FRIENDS - The one where they all turn 30`

Isn't the bit hilarious?! No wonder Joey n Rachel created so much scene when they turned 30. "Duh!" Look at me :)

@ Office :- The highlight back in the corporate circle was the gift 4m my team-mates. People usually say that in corporate world the cordiality succumbs to cold vibes (keeping aside the fact that you dont feel cordial at all most of the times). Its kina a set back esply after one's evergreen college days. But for me, the team that i work with now is just awesome. I should say - 'we r like family' n i really love them. If the gifts were cute, the way they wrapped it was more cute - jus lovely!  It showed they cared - Thank you gals! loved it :)

Shouldnt 4get Balaji - another fren` 4m office (he follows this blog). He got me an Italian perfume or whatever that is :) n a Shiridi Sai calendar! (2010 is gonu be great) loved it bala - thanks!

*~* the beloved's take:

The best ever thing that happened as i turned 23 (reluctantly) was Bhagwan's dream that night. Who else would love me better?! :) So, let's switch a bit to the dream -

"There is a long verandah adjacent to a hall (the feel is just like Parti Mandir) n Bhagwan is seated on the floor. I am the bday babe so obviously i enter the scene n catch hold of a wonderful place - perpendicular to Bhagwan, 15 feet away! Pretty soon, He turns to my side n calls me while I was lookin at Him with complete reverence fully enveloped by His grandeur - lost in the bliss that the proximity gave. The hrdaynivasi doesnt need much time to capture our hearts, rt?! :)

Since the verandah was a lil elevated, i stopped a few feet away as i didn't wanu sit on the same platform as Swami did - i felt that wouldn't be right n knelt down on the road. Swami shook His head - "No! No! Come up!" I implicitly followed His command, got onto where He was seated - I was very close that my knees touched His -wah! the sparshan! My eyes were glued onto Him waiting to see what awaited me... though this in itself took me to 7th heaven (i dont remember the next scene exactly) He either puts something on me or gives something to me.. but does it even matter as long as He gives it... Both of us raise together the next minute, Swami to my right - He then puts His left hand on my right shoulder and the duo posed for a picture :) SAY CHEESEEEEE :)"

Wow! isn't that lovely?! Well, He doesn't stop there, next morn (on my bday) while i was reading one of the books a picture of His fell on my lap with the words "Dreams related to God are real" How romantic - i love bday wishes at night n He gave me one. That said it all - it made my day! Thank you, Master - love ya loads...

"Where do I begin to tell a story of how great Sai's love can be?
The sweet love story that is older than the seas
The simple truth about the love He brings to me
Where do I start?”

(Sai - tumho dhadkan mein, khwabon mein, saso mein`)

“How long can this last?! Can love be measured by the hours in a day?!
I have no access - but this much I can say
I know i need Him till the stars all burn away
And He will be there!"

ps. thanks all who made my day...

The Mouse God - Of left clicks n right clicks`

Hi Guys,

I have a completely different topic today - something that I am really excited to share with all of you.

Gadgets basically fascinate almost each n every one of us today. N the net - can anyone think of spending a day without it? Saying a hi to one of our long distant pals, sharing our inhibition about belling the CAT, commenting on our frens pics, having a conference chat, reading e-books, listening to our favourite tunes n what not?! Our world is made up of itouch phones, wi-fis, palmtops and there still seems to be a perennial flow of discoveries day in n day out that we all catch up with the trend immediately n get hooked up. And there is no looking back...

Though our craze seems to be catching up like wild fire; not knowing the technical aspects might really have us heart-broken esply if our mobile or pc doesnt work for days. Thank God! books seems to be handy at such times :) n reduce our cribbing to say -- 70% But still that seems to be a nightmare rt?! Not to be in touch with the world outside - taking out the netizen identity (thats horrid)!

Back home, we gotta problem with the laptop battery n we have no support devoid of power supply. Ma sis took it for service n they said we can get the system back only on Tuesday - weekend without  the system - thats impossible. So, she got it back - ma dad logged on sometime in the evening n i found him staying in the password page for sometime n soon i realised that there is some prob with the left click option in mouse. N he had no clue how to proceed further...

I was having a "Oh God, Dont teme this!" face... No way am not gonu sit back waiting for some computer guy to come. So i logged in using all possible key board options - signed in and everything...
Then i realised - Oh dear God, i need the left click option to sign out. How am i gonu do that?!

Believe me people, try using the system without mouse - u will go nuts... I dont even know the entire keyboard options - however, i thought - sulo! there will be a way. I opted for the help of Mr.Google - searched various pages (mind you without the use of mouse - try that once for fun). And you will end up calling it "The Mouse God" ;)

I was like - "Oh common! when we have shift + F10 option for right click - there should be something for left click." But well there wasn't :( 10 -15 mins went in this way n then -

Lo n behold! there it was in one of the search pages - one of the easiest of remedies when left click doesnt work...

You simply gotta go to the control panel n change ur mouse settings to Left-handed!!! Can you believe it - it was that simple!!! Wow man - one should really know the technical aspects of things that we love - it might turn out to be very useful. Next time any of you encounter this problem - remember this post ;)

See ya aroun`

Happy Sunday!

Many Happy returns darl` Have a fantabulous, humourous, adventurous, whacky, goofy, fun filled, romantic, successful year... Hope ur day went great - As bday spl, I would like you to listen to one of the best scores of Phil Collins - a song that has completely cast a spell on me - its from one of Disney's classics... dont think me to be kiddish cos the lyrics are one of a kind... am sure u will love it too...

Son of Man - Phil collins

"Oh, the power to be strong
And the wisdom to be wise

All these things will

come to you in time...

On this journey that you're making

There'll be answers that you'll seek

And it's you who'll climb the mountain

It's you who'll reach the peak...

Son of Man, look to the sky

Lift your spirit, set it free

Some day you'll walk tall with pride

Son of Man, a man in time you'll be...

Though there's no one there to guide you

No one to take your hand

But with faith and understanding

You will journey from boy to man

Son of Man, look to the sky

Lift your spirit, set it free

Some day you'll walk tall with pride

Son of Man, a man in time you'll be...

In learning you will teach
And in teaching you will learn
You'll find your place beside the ones you love...

Oh, and all the things you dreamed of

The visions that you saw

Well, the time is drawing near now

It's yours to claim it all...

Son of Man, look to the sky
Lift your spirit, set it free
Some day you'll walk tall with pride
Son of Man, a man in time you'll be...
Son of Man!
Son of Man's a man for all to see..."

Best wishes sweet-heart! :) Come back soon...

Dream your own dream and follow your own star. There wouldn't be a heaven full of stars if we were all meant to wish on the same one...

There will always be dreams grander or humbler than your own, but there will never be a dream exactly like yours; for you are 'Unique'.

Do your best and give all that you have to all that you do.

And above all things, believe in yourself!!!

Best Wishes - Always`
